1 Day or 2 Days | 10 am to 6 pm
Your Retreat Experience Includes
- A complimentary 20-minute discovery conversation to explore your intentions and ensure the retreat is right for you
- A 60-minute online preparation session before the retreat
- Personalized sessions combining The Medicine of Your Voice Method™ and Inner Horizon Life Coaching
- Meditation and embodiment practices
- A guided walk to a hidden place in nature or by the sea, accompanied by reflective soul inquiry
- A nourishing, healthy lunch
- A 60-minute online integration session following the retreat
- The opportunity to continue working together at a preferred returning-client rate
Your Choice of Additional Treatments
Depending on your individual needs and intentions, you can choose one of the following experiences:

- A massage treatment with Elke
- A breathwork session with Elke

Treatments with Bettina or external practitioners are NOT included into the retreat price and subject to availability. Please inquire prices. If your preferred treatment is unavailable on the selected date, we will choose the most suitable alternative together.
