The Medicine of your Voice – Holistic Mentoring is a method I developed because I am extremely passionate about discovering our human potential in this life. Part of this process is the uncovering of anything within us that seems to be in the way. I have experienced and witnessed healing and transformation within myself and others from contracted to expansive states of being and learned that this is an ongoing and unfolding journey. I am extremely grateful for the different integrative modalities that I am weaving intuitively together according to the needs of the individual. These sessions are offered to support you on your healing path, your professional journey, working with people or both and more. Holistic Mentoring is also offered as an integrative method for anything that might unfold in the regular The Medicine of your Voice sessions. I am also working with people in the context of Holistic Mentoring as a preparation or follow up on plant medicine experiences.

Holistic Mentoring is inspired by the studies of Transpersonal Psychology Grof, Maslow and Sutich, Family Constellation by Bert Hellinger, Vipassana Meditation by S.N. Goenka, Trauma Work by Peter Levine and Sound Voice and Music Healing at CIIS Institute of Integral Studies.
