As human beings we have the potential to heal, grow and expand our consciousness. I believe that the expansion of consciousness is a medicine within the realm of self healing. And beyond that a powerful tool to participate in the healing and evolution of humanity.

Each human being alive on this planet right now is breathing. Imagine the force that keeps us all alive and connected. Similar is the force of the voice.
We can use it any time to pull ourselves out of our minds into our hearts. And stay there.
If our voice is connected to our heart than we vibrate with the miracle of life.
The voice can take us to the place where there is no voice.
Within that place there is complete silence.
We feel a sense of home coming, a warmth and calmness that spreads out into all aspects of our lives.
It feels like waking up from a deep and good sleep.
You are the medicine.
Simply through being aware of the breath.
The voice of the heart and the awareness of the breath are part of the magic carpet that midwifes us into the ocean of other realms. Discovering the infinity of our souls and the unseen worlds within our multidimensional beings.

Lessons
A good teacher always inspires the student to make discoveries which inspire others. Like the wind blows the seeds over the fields for many flowers to grow, we are teacher and students for each other all the time.

Music is one of the most direct ways into the higher realms. Being in touch with nature and fully within this human body is a gateway into the divine. Music is the magic carpet midwifing us into the void of the beyond.

knowledge of sound knows the secret of the
universe.
