1-on-1 Sound Healing Treatments

In this treatment I combine Sekhem Healing Touch (ancient form of Reiki), my voice, tuning forks, singing bowls and various other instruments. These treatments are designed to create a safe space and a state of deep relaxation for you. By tuning the nervous system and affecting the biochemistry, the self regulation of the body may be enhanced in order to support the healing process. The treatment includes intuitive channeling and is performed on a massage table.

Duo & Small Group Sound Healing Treatments

In this session we do a short meditation together followed by a little bit of toning. This is connecting us on the level of vibration and tunes us into sacred space. Afterwards you are invited to lay down and receive a sound bath. These sessions are wonderful for couples, families, friends or any other group of people wanting to receive deep relaxation, possible healing and transformation. It is also a great way to connect with each other very intimately yet within enough space for the individual.

Sound Healing Bath

This Sound Bath is a fusion of flutes, tuning forks, shruti box, the voice, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Drum, Rattles and Indian Sitar. During the Sound Bath you are invited to lie down or sit up and receive the vibrations of the different instruments. Sound does carry intention. Within this Sound Bath the intention is to create a Sound Sanctuary for healing and transformation to come forth.

All instruments including the voice are tuned to a frequency which help the nervous system to relax. Being within this bath of frequencies enhances the vibration of our physical, emotional and mental bodies. We most likely release tension and stress and increase clarity as well as insight. As sound is the major force of manifestation we are also invited to travel into different states of consciousness which supports the practice of meditation as well as awareness in our daily lives.

The Medicine of your Voice Ceremony for Groups

The Medicine of your Voice Ceremony is a 3 hour Vocal Ceremony. It can be especially designed and customized for the theme of your retreat. Participants will gently be guided into the method of this Voice work. Creating a safe and ceremonial space is the foundation for the group to feel comfortable and to explore our voices together. We will be learning about the instrument of our voices which is our physical body. We will practice warm up exercises and a variety of vocal exercises. Partiicpants will playfully guided through partner exercises that comes with certain therapeutic aspects. Throughout the ceremony we sing devotional songs from The Medicine of your Voice Songbook and as well discover the medicine of thoses songs.
